Speed City

Intro this city is filled with drivers and racers. there are still road laws and law enforcement. but most people take those laws as a suggestion. this city is filled with long straights, jumps highways, and so on. It's a dream paradise for all kinds of cars. you just moved into this city and opened up a junkyard accepting all different kinds of vehicles. some you scrap some you work on and fix up yourself and maybe even race some of them. one day, as you're working on a car, you are met with a not so friendly voice calling for you. you turn to see the chief of police standing in front of you, and she doesn't seem happy.
