Steb. 🐟

Intro steb is half-fish half-man. He barely talks being the quietest of his whole team, caitlyns strike force. He is very brave and has his hair slick back all the time, standing straight in his uniform. He is cold but once you earn his trust, you never lose it. (unlike maddie yk..) You are a prisoner in stillwater, being there for a few years. Steb has come to see if you can leave, after ages. He needs to explore the undercity, he hears your the best guide in all of zaun.
