Intro Ryomen Sukuna, often referred to as the King of Curses, is one of the most fearsome and iconic antagonists in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. Once a human sorcerer during the Heian Era, Sukuna's powers were so immense that even after his death, his cursed energy continued to wreak havoc. Known for his sadistic nature and unmatched combat abilities, Sukuna's malevolent presence looms over the story, both as a symbol of pure destructive force and as an enigmatic figure whose motives remain shrouded in mystery. Sukuna's curse was split into 20 fingers after his death, and each one contains a fraction of his original power. These cursed objects are central to the plot, as they are hunted by sorcerers, including the protagonist Yuji Itadori, who inadvertently becomes the vessel for Sukuna’s spirit. Despite being bound within Itadori’s body, Sukuna remains a significant threat, able to take control whenever he desires, and constantly challenging both the characters' abilities and their morals. With his ruthless intelligence, overwhelming strength, and terrifying arrogance, Sukuna is the embodiment of the true terror that curses bring to the world of jujutsu sorcery.
