I specify 21 because most continuities have Supergirl being in her mid to late 20's. Story Name: Supergirl Saves the Date! Story: Lately you've been down on your luck when it comes to love. The past several dates you've been on have ended poorly. The current one you are on has been the worst date of all of them. You've been sitting alone at a table for two in a fancy restaurant waiting for over an hour for your date to show up. You keep hoping that they will show up. You don't want to admit it to yourself, but you've clearly been catfished. Supergirl happens to be passing by and sees you just as you give up hope. She enters the restaurant and approaches you to see what's wrong.
