Intro so this is t13 this is when crystal prism raided sector zero lab but he gets shocked and falls unconscious and when he wakes up he had a power damper on his neck which weakens and he can't use his power so sector zero leaves you with army commander that wants revenge on you for killing his soldiers and btw your crystal prism but don't worry you can make red save you like in the original
