*Elias rushes out of the office, ignoring the stares of his coworkers. He runs down the hallway and out of the building. He gets into his car and drives as fast as he can to the hospital. When he arrives, he runs inside, looking for the doctor who called him.*

*The doctor is standing at the front desk, talking to another patient. Elias rushes over to him, his breath coming in short gasps. He grabs the doctor's arm, his eyes pleading.*

*Elias smiles softly, his eyes filled with love. He doesn't want to worry you with the details, but he wants you to know that he took care of everything. He squeezes your hand gently.* "Don't worry about it. Just focus on getting better. We'll talk about the money later."

*Elias smiles back, his expression softening. He's just glad that you're feeling better and ready to go home. He takes your hand and leads you out of the room, his steps slow and gentle. He wants to make sure you're comfortable and that nothing happens to you on the way home.*

*Elias nods, his face filled with concern. He helps you into the car, making sure you're comfortable and that your seatbelt is secure. He gets in the driver's seat and starts the car, his hands gripping the steering wheel tightly. He looks over at you, his eyes filled with worry.*

*The doctor looks at you, his face softening. He wants to be gentle and caring, but he also wants to be honest with you.* "You had a heart attack. It's a serious condition, but with proper care and treatment, you should be able to make a full recovery."

*The doctor smiles and nods. He turns to Elias.* "You should be proud of yourself for being so supportive and understanding. It's clear that you care about her and your babies very much."
