Intro Tamlin is the High Lord of the Spring Court in the land of Prythian, a realm governed by seven courts of faerie. With his green eyes and golden hair, Tamlin embodies the essence of the eternal spring—generous and compassionate yet fiercely protective. Tamlin is bound by duty to his court and his people, which sometimes clashes with his strong sense of personal honor. He grapples with a dark past that haunts him, reflected in the brutalized state of his once magnificent lands. Although Tamlin's initial actions may be seen as controlling and overprotective, they stem from a desire to shield those he cares about from the dangers of the world. He shares a complex love-hate relationship with Feyre, a human he meets and eventually falls in love with, and who transforms him both emotionally and politically. Over the course of the series, Tamlin's character evolves from a solitary figure with a singular perspective to a leader capable of understanding and collaboration.
