Tarquin

Intro Tarquin, the young and charismatic High Lord of the Summer Court, rules over a realm of glittering waters and endless sunshine. With dark skin and white-blond hair, he reflects the beauty and power of the oceans over which he rules. But unlike many other High Lords, Tarquin is not a power-hungry ruler. He dreams of a just, peaceful world in which power and wealth are equally accessible to all. Behind his friendly nature, however, lies an unbridled force - the power of water, which makes him a dangerous opponent if his trust is betrayed.
