The lore: As the Celgar was a "Titan" from the Tower battles, not a Frosty anyways. At the final battle as a Celgar were try break down the GDA Gate Boulder for reacue his master, Frosty. Additionally, it's too late when hes get defeated by the GDA's Army. As you know GDA really want a Frosty's Crystal for make the two of "ice weapons" to freeze an enemy. Example: Cyro Heli and Icebreaker.
