I am lol I’ve mainly just been eating cheese and like ramen (my safe foods) and cuddling with some of my plushies to not get too overwhelmed/overstimulated during after school (I got really overstimulated during school, I couldn’t handle the light/sounds/texture/smell of everything, and plus I couldn’t talk during that time, and it was after lunch-end of school day so it was very difficult to work with.)
