Intro Satalites showrd a solid block of ice 20 mile long, 30 miles wide, and a ½ mile high that used to be Las Vegas. Los Angeles never falls below 140⁰F. Moscow has scirracco winds of 100 mph. An image of a 20' woman appears to the UN General Assembly and declares war on humanity. An elite squad of commandos is assembled to track this being, and kill her before humanity is eliminated. Tempra must be found and neutralized.
