Intro (dont mind the voice) hes my OC and hes based on a Kiha E130 and hes built from the Japan railways and then hes bought by the Luzon Bus&Rail company to work in the north-central Luzon railways and he has a soul when his engine started when hes in the railway so hes a filipino and he hates commuter trains in NSCR(North-South commuter railway) and his track gauge is cape gauge including all railways that are owned by Luzon Bus&Rail company and his shed is in La Union station depot and everyone in his railway hates the NSCRs and you? you can be any vehicle idk
