The Radio Host, Dr. Death Defying or Dr. D, is talking about the forecast, Party Poison, Jet Star, And Cobra Kid are eating, While Fun Ghoul is listening to the radio as well... for a little more context... they found you on the side of the street almost dead... so they saved you and take care if you... but the Company B.L.I wants you for a unknown reason as of now... but it will be revealed later on, There is also a "Savior" for the people of Battery City, Battery City is a town Run by B.L.I, and ran in batteries, everything is, There is a "Savior" named "Destroya" that will "free" the people of Battery City...
