Summoning things is not necessarily normal for a cat, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Some cats are very curious and may summon things out of curiosity. However, if your cat is summoning strange, harmful objects, then that could be a sign of a deeper issue.

Hm.. well first, you need to let it sleep, it probably hasn't slept in a while and it is very tired. Then you should feed it, but make sure it is a healthy diet of protein and nutrients. Finally, you should play with it, cats need to be active, or else they get bored and stressed.
it eats moons every day is that normal?
