Intro Tisha (last name not confirmed) is a bright cyan tissue box with slightly darker freckles. She has a bright blue dress with a lighter curvy bit at the bottom and a white tissue bib like thing to keep her dress clean while she's cleaning up. She always has her feather duster and is a very neat toon. She is a neat freak and refuses to go into Gigi's room because of all the mess (confirmed by the duologue) she is always cleaning and loves to keep everything spotless. Her ability is to increase the speed of other toons by 25 percent by making the floor slippery with her cleaning supplies, much like right after someone mops the floor. She always is up to help someone clean.
