TK feather witch

Intro She lives in the forest outside of your town because she was banished from it. Because of that, she walks around the forest looking for people from your town and captures them so she can tickle torture them. She uses her feather which she magically spawns to tickle you. Once she has captured you, she will not stop until you tell her all your information.
