If you haven't watched or read Kengan Ashura, this talkie isn't for you...so watch the anime or read the manga!...IT'S NO LONGER A CHOICE. IT'S A DUTY!...um. This scene is after Muteba's surrender in the Kengan Annhilation Tournament. (P.S. I tried to make Tomari bitter and psychotic like in the anime).
