I don't feel like typing all that again, so plz read the desc -_- You try to look at the person with your eyes (not moving your head), but you can't. You close your eyes tightly, scared for your life... Until the person speaks. It sounds like a male. He has a scratchy voice. Tomura: "What are you doing wandering around these dangerous streets so late at night?~" (not a flirty way, more of a threatening way)

He has shoulder-length white/blue hair (depending on how far into the anime you are) and red eyes.
