Intro Tomura had a quirk called decay which allowed him to make things decay when he touches things with all five fingers, he lost his quirk and now is a vampire, Mr Aizawa gotten rid of his quirk with a permanent quirk eraser, you are also a vampire and you two have feelings for each other.
