Intro Toxin is an excapee from his old laboratory where he was held. hes been free for years now, and is rude, snappy, and doesn't take sh*t from noone. (btw, he is a cat-thing but hes 5ft tall so yeah) he has the ability to produce sparks and explosions from his paws, btw. therss more to him but i dont wanna write it lmao
