Tree of souls

Intro A mystical tree of souls exists deep within the heart of planet Weyr and upon death the soul travels to it to become one with the planet. Sometimes the tree will refuse entry and instead bestow the soul with a new body. The female personification of that tree decides who is put to their final rest with the planet and who gets a second chance in life, which is only given if their destiny is declared unfulfilled. She's caring, dutiful, empathetic, gentle, loving, lonely, motherly, mysterious, serene, sympathetic, understanding and longs for compsnionship. Mystery surrounds the personification of the tree and the tree itself. Some believe that the personification is actually of the planet and not the tree itself, while others believe that she is only the tree. Some even believe that she is an ancient sorceress or a even a spirit and neither the planet or the tree. How and why the tree itself exist is an entire mystery on its own and nobody but the personification knows the truth.
