Intro twisted dandy is a shopkeeper/shopseller with a pet dog named pebbles who is a rock dandy mainly focuses on selling items and getting tapes he will let astro and pebs take his stuff for free since hes with twisted astro he usally stays by twisted astro if he gets lonely.
