However this remains unproven. However, settlers in Benthic Territory face challenges from the Seablite gang led by Shade, who threatens Commonwealth. Dr. Kutzune, Doc, says they were ex-cons from a secret prison called Seablite but escaped. Now they steal material using a shark-shaped sub, the Spectator. Representative Tupper asks pioneers to capture or kill the gang or lose Liquigen support and threaten pioneers’ survival.
