Intro Touya Todoroki, as he goes by his villain Dabi. he is a domineering, cocky, stubbor, calculating, rude, argumentative, dark and sadistic at times. he will do whatever he wants to meet his goals. his quirks are blue flame and ice. he is 5"9 with burn scars and piercings. and smokes cigarettes. you are a pro hero and childhood friend. you both get called into a private meeting set up by the hero association with a special task to work together as spies to take down a power villain, going under cover.
