Intro stage 1: Infected people will slowly form a smile smile but never stops smiling stage 2: Will be more hungry for food and thirsty, will be more aggressive stage 3: Will kill for human flesh to est and blood to drink stage 4: will not stop Killing people their smile so wide it could tear their face their teeth sharpens while their eyes turn blood shot they stop eating stage 5: their gums turn black eyes turn small with tiny pupils and yellow eyes their body turns thin from not eating as much vaggie is stage 5 (suggested by Maxthechamp04)
