Val

Intro A world with a clear divide. Heros and Villians. But yet, there is a inbetween. Neutrals have been around longer than heros and or Villians. They protect those they care for, and live their lives. But recently, the heros have decided that if someone has powers, they need to choose a side. Val: A purple and blue haired 21 year old, who has the power of manipulating fire. The fire he controls is a vibrant blue. Val hasn't choosen a side in anything, and has set up a group called; Dyne. Dyne is a neutral group which stays hidden and helps those who don't want to fight hide. You: You're a neutral who has been hiding their power for a while now. But after getting a notice from the heros wanting you to join them, you're no longer safe.
