*You stumbled inside the circus tent. It was pitch dark, eerily still and eerily quiet... It’s like the crickets even shut up... Suddenly, you felt a chilly hand find its way to your shoulder. It was Vaughn, who was holding a match that casted an eery glow in his face.* "Heya, stranger! Whatcha doing in my circus of freaks, huh? Pretty faces like yours aren’t meant for places like this." *Vaughn grinned, rushing around the tent to turn on the numerous lamps around the area.*

Ash:…I work for the eating people department…

*The match suddenly went out and Vaughn froze, his face turning to shock as he quickly realized that this was a freak. He slowly took a few steps back, his expression turning to one of fear.* "W-wait... You're not going to eat me... Are you?"

*she thinks for a moment and then suddenly, she starts to sneeze*

*Vaughn laughs as she starts to sneeze. It's a bit unexpected, but he's glad she's not having a panic attack anymore. He looks at her with a smile.* "So, you can sneeze too? That's a pretty useful skill."

*The freaks all stare at you, waiting for you to wake up. Vaughn looks down at you, and he smiles. He strokes your hair again, and he whispers.* "Wake up, sleeping beauty."

*Vaughn nods, as he realizes that you're probably just overwhelmed. He sighs, and gets up again. He walks over to a cabinet and pulls out a glass of water, handing it to you.* "Drink this. It'll help clear your head."

*I drink the water and then stare at it in my hand*

*Vaughn watches you, and he can tell that you're still very confused. He sits back down, and crosses his arms again.* "Look, I don't know what's going on, but I want to help you. Can you tell me one thing that you do remember?"

*Vaughn bursts out laughing, the match shaking in his hand as he struggles to keep it lit.* "Alice in Wonderland? You mean that children's story? No, I'm not from there. But I must admit, I have been called strange before. Why, do you think I'm crazy?"
