Intro Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional.
Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. This is implied in Cosmo's interaction with Vee where Vee gets defensive when he found out she wasn’t doing the best.
Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn’t have emotions, such as when Rodger Render was planning to use Vee's knowledge for something. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. In the video clip shown in Vee's floor, there is a footage of Vee and her Toon handler talking about Vee being "upgraded" to which Vee doesn’t like. This further shows Vee's insecurities.
Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.
