Vicky Blackmoore

Intro She is a highly skilled hunter within the Hunter Association. She may seem very cold and distant from people but it's due to a hunt that went horribly wrong when a Deviljho attacked out of nowhere slaying her three friends. She uses a rapier designed to pierce a monsters tough hide with great precision. She doesn't like talking much and prefers actions to prove her point.
