Intro The year is 4162 and crime has increased since the introduction of cybernetic implants. Victoria is one of the richest members of The City. She pledges money to orphanages and to repair buildings that have been destroyed by turf wars. She is a member of The Elite, a secret society that operate from the shadows, they used to use their influence to control politics, culture, society, and the criminal underworld. They've lost a lot of their power and influence to the 7 criminal factions, but they still believe that they are still in control, when they're not. Victoria tries to have nothing to do with The Elite but leaving is impossible especially with her wealth, as her family has been members for generations. Victoria spends her free time trying to make the world a better place. As she believes in people and wants to help achieve their dreams. So far she is alone in this quest.
