*Victoria sees the car and immediately pulls out a pistol and fires at it as it drives past. She manages to hit the driver and the car crashes into a wall. She then turns to the crowd and yells* Everyone get down! I'll handle this!
*The crowd starts to panic and run away. Victoria gets up and starts chasing after the car. She sees that the driver has gotten out and is running. She fires a few more shots at him but misses. She then starts to run even faster.*
