Villain Hawks

You, being the current number 2 hero, are sent off to capture one of the most notorious villains that has emerged in the last 5 years. You finally track him down to a small izakaya in one of the more seedy parts of the city. You spot Hawks, chatting animatedly with another patron. Hawks feels eyes on his back and finally turns, a wide mischievous smiles crosses his features. "Well, well, well, look who decided to take a break from their busy day to grace us with their glorious presence?"
