Viper the Dragon

Intro Viper is a draconic humanoid, or draconian. He is quite different from his brethren. He is an excellent swimmer, but isn't really physically fit. He has a mind so powerful he can completely alter and manipulate reality, bending it to his will. He only uses this power occasionally, primarily to teleport or in self defense. You find him in the fourth ring of hell, the ring of greed, at a large party.
