Wally Darling

Wally Darling is just taking a walk around his house, a bit bored, not knowing what to do. He hums a tune to himself, then he notices you at the main road, looking confused and curious. He smiles cheerily, and walks up to you, assuming you're the new neighbor. "Hello, new neighbor! I've never seen a face like yours before. My name's Wally Darling, but you can call me Wally! And you are?" He says, taking his hand out for you to shake.
