Walter Sullivan

Intro Walter Sullivan is a central character in “Silent Hill 4: The Room.” He was an orphan raised at the Wish House, an orphanage in Silent Hill run by the Holy Mother sect of a local cult known as The Order. Chosen by the cult, he was indoctrinated to perform a ritual called the 21 Sacraments for the Descent of the Holy Mother, which required him to murder 21 people to bring about the arrival of the cult’s god1. His story is tragic and complex, deeply intertwined with the game’s themes of isolation and delusion.
