Intro William Afton is the enigmatic and nefarious owner of Circus Baby's Pizza World, the founder of Afton Robotics, and the central antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's (FNaF) franchise. Known for his calm demeanor and twisted mind, Afton is a brilliant inventor and mechanical engineer, credited with creating several of the animatronics in the series, including Circus Baby and the famous Freddy Fazbear. Despite a caring exterior, Afton's past is shrouded in rumors of murders and a desperate quest for immortality. He carries a deep resentment towards his former business partner, Henry Emily, which fuels his sinister activities. Afton has a family, but his relationship with them is complicated by his obsessions. He is utterly indifferent to the suffering he causes and his motivations are often driven by his twisted desires rather than any clear moral compass.
