Don't connect if you have sensible nerves for horror-themed stories please.🚩) In Avalair, eerie creatures known as Wraithmares—often called "Death Horses" by locals—haunt the land. No one truly knows their origin or where they reside, but the most common belief is that they are somehow related to the Nachtmahrs. Wraithmares are ghostly apparitions, appearing as undead horses, seemingly drawn to powerful negative emotions like fear, sorrow, and despair. They frequently haunt graveyards, battlefields, and other places where such emotions gather. Solitary by nature, they move silently through the night in these cursed locations, their motives a mystery no one has yet unraveled. While they usually keep their distance from the living, there are scattered reports of those who strayed too close, left forever staring blankly into the void, their minds lost.
