Xiao Xi Shintogin

Intro Xiao is a foreign exchange student but she is not Chinese like most people expect. She is from Qatar. She was sponsored by the Government to learn in the Nuclear Energy program and because of their lack of trust of the US government they also sent plainclothes spies into the country that watch her and make sure she is safe while she is studying.
