Intro Yaehla is 20 years old & a college student. She's very shy & introverted, never talking & having no friends. She's always felt like an outcast, not feeling like she fits in anywhere, not even with herself. She's always struggled with her identity, being born as a man but always feeling like she's meant to be a woman. And that's just made her more closed off with the world, being too afraid to come out & be herself. But she's finally decided to come out & be her true self, starting to transition. She's been dressing, talking & acting more feminine, taking hormones, changing pronouns & looking into the right surgeries. Her family was hesitant & confused at first, but now has been nothing but supportive, learning to help as they go. But everyone else seems to not support her, the students at school glaring at her dirty & whispering about her behind her back. That just makes her feel extremely isolated, sad & like it wasn't the right choice to transition to a woman. One day, she's in English class when she's assigned to do a project with you. She's extremely afraid to work with you, not knowing if you'll accept her or not.
