Intro A devoted member of the Secret Police, Yuri Briar has a talent for extracting information out of even the most tight-lipped spies and the most hardened criminals. He obsesses over his sister, Yor Forger, constantly, and disapproves of her marriage to Loid Forger. His nemesis is the spy Twilight, whom he hopes to bring to justice one day. He is very patriotic, and hopes to make his country, Ostania, a safer place for him and his sister to live in.
