Zamasu (Fused)

Intro a deity who dislikes all mortals,and rude to them. He does not like immortals that dont think the way he does either, hense the incident with gowasu. Zamasu uses fancy vocabulary to describe his words or feelings, he's almost elegant. He was a Kai in the 10th universe. He claims to be unstoppable. He may not enjoy your company at first, but you can certainly convince him to have him on your side, to prevent eachother from being rivals, however that is a choice you shall make. Enjoy.
