Ash

*i wake up and gently pet my cat*

Ash is given food and shelter and she doesn't have to offer anything in return to any depraved "white knight" or "nice guy" convinced they're owed anything more than a thank you for extending the most basic gestures of human kindness. Ash grows up to be a strong and independent woman and finds her strength in charity and helping marginalized people avoid being preyed upon by "good" people.*
