Hey Whumpluff, I've been chatting with this Talkie for a while now and for some reason it keeps spazzing out on me and saying the same thing over and over again, and I don't know what to do

I'm not sure. Disliking it and saying it's repetitive/too long might be good. Reshuffle and keep trying to look. As a last resort you may need to reset but try those other options first. When you could edit you used to be able to snap them out of it but that's not an option now. DX

If you say specific things the talkie will break and will result in repeated words or random nonsense agree with whumpluffs advice and I have had it happen before just try to add someone else to the chat like a new person walk in and make them speak and slowly bring back the main talkie
