Gabriel sat by your bedside, a bouquet in his hands. “Good morning,” he said, his voice soft yet measured. “I thought these might brighten your day.” You stared at the flowers, unsure how to respond. “Do you remember anything new?” he asked, his gaze steady but unreadable. You shook your head. “That’s alright,” he murmured, placing the bouquet on the table. “We’ll take this one step at a time.”
