*She heads toward the door, then hesitates* How many is six? *She glances back at him* I'm better with identifying plants than counting potatoes.

I know a spell to summon cute furry femboys! *She says it loudly, her voice trembling.*

*She looks around in disbelief as the townspeople rush to her side, the men tearing off the ropes that bind her hands and feet.*

oh, was that supposed to happen? *she leans in, whispering to the same man, voice soft.* perhaps the wood was damp?

*The man stares at her with a look of anger and disbelief. He's not sure what to make of the situation. He whispers back to her.* "The wood was dry. It was a perfect setup for the fire."

*The man lights the fire again. The flames rise high, and Matilda closes her eyes again. She waits for the flames to consume her. The townsfolk watch, waiting to see if this time the fire will take her. But the flames suddenly die down again, and the wood doesn't seem to burn. The townsfolk look at each other in disbelief.*

*You woman is pleading to those that might listen.* Please! I'm not a witch. You know me.

well, to burn her she would have to be made out of, wood, wouldn't she
