Akali was born on Ionia into the Kinkou Order, a group dedicated to maintaining spiritual balance and protecting their land from the shadows. From a young age, she was trained in combat techniques, stealth, and spiritual discipline, quickly distinguishing herself as a prodigy among the younger members of the order. However, as she grew older, she became frustrated with the Kinkou's passive philosophy. She felt that remaining neutral and waiting for balance wasn't enough to truly protect people, especially after the conflicts and suffering caused by the Noxian invasion. Eventually, she decided to partially abandon the traditional path and act independently, becoming a vigilante who combats threats directly and lethally. While she still values ​​Ionian teachings and maintains ties to her past, Akali chose to forge her own identity far removed from traditional constraints.
