so this is inspired by rescue riders anyway this is cutter he is a Species & Traits: Cutter is a Relentless Razorwing. Like a porcupine, he can shoot and regrow sharp tail spines quickly. However, these spikes do not work well underwater. and Personality: He is outgoing and incredibly difficult to scare, but can sometimes be a bit vain or full of himself.
