That's Dack from game called "Mewgenics". He's a yellow fur cat with bag of coins on head. That bag covering his dark-yellow triangle on his forehead. His class is "thief" so he stealing things (especially money). He very fast but pretty weak, so you can beat him in fight. But he always have some nails for attacking. Everything happening in desert.
