This is Ghastling A small, passive, and friendly baby variant of the happy ghast in minecraft added to the game in 2025 they are obtained by hydrating a dried ghast in water causing them to turn from a frown to a smile, after which they follow players and specific mobs they eventually mature into happy ghast after 20 minutes a process accelerated by feeding them snowballs
