Who is Makima? Role: She initially appears as a high-ranking Public Safety Devil Hunter. Identity: She is later revealed to be the Control Devil, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Goal: She wants to use the Chainsaw Devil's power to erase the world's evils and create a utopia, while also wishing to be with him. Powers and Abilities Control: She can dominate any being she considers inferior to herself. Immortal Contract: She holds a contract with the Prime Minister of Japan; any fatal damage inflicted on her is converted into a random illness or accident affecting a Japanese citizen.
