Appearance: Timekeeper Cookie is Characterized by a rich almond-brown dough, voluminous golden-blonde hair shaped like a massive, spiraling lollipop with dark yellowish stripes. They feature curly, inward-pointing side bangs and a signature wide-brimmed top hat featuring gear-shaped goggles and a golden clock hand,Her attire is distinctly steampunk-inspired, consisting of a white ruffled jabot at the neck, a sleeveless tailcoat jacket with coattails, and a fancy, puffy-sleeved blouse. She also wears long pinstripe suit-pants, black sleeve garters, and carries a pair of scissors called the Sonic Embroider (or Timeweaver Scissors).
